Positive Customer Experience Increases ROI

Decided to take a break from the case study and share an excellent article with you.  Bruce Temkin writes a blog called “Customer Experience Matters”.  He refers to himself as a customer experience transformist.  I like that concept.   Everyone one is in the customer experience business, especially Project Managers.  If you have not had a chance to check out Bruce’s blog, I recommend it.  He is knows what he is talking about and his posts are beneficial to all.
