Great Resources to Improve Your Communication Skills

Hello.  Unearthed this gem during my virtual travels today.  Great pithy article from Gantthead, chock full of crunchy nuggets.  As I have said a gazillion times before and can cite my sources – 80-90% of a Project/Program Manager’s job involves interpersonal and/or communication skills, which means you need to keep your written and verbal communication polished.  It should be part of your daily regimen to exercise those skills.  The article linked below is a great starting point.  Think of it as a mini-communication bootcamp!
