Who? What? Where? When? How? Why?

6 simple questions that can yield so much information and clarity.  Whether you are asking them in a project meeting,  a board room, or at the dinner table, the answers to these questions provide the basic framework for any issue or project that you are working on. We need the answers to these questions before we can dive deeper.  The answers to these questions logically lead to other questions, but we must build the foundation first.  Who? What? Where? When? How? Why? help us build the foundation.  Without them, we sink into the quagmire of minutiae.  Lay your foundation and build upon it.  Ask the basic questions first and then fill in the details.
