Where do you fall on the Proactive Customer Support Continuum?

In his article about the 6 levels of proactive customer support Bruce Temkin identifies the continuum from ignoring the problem all the way up to avoiding the problem.  Where do you fall on the continuum?  As Project Managers, Customer Support is 110% of our job.  How well are you doing?  How could you improve?
