Seven Questions For Leaders – From Seth Godin

Another very timely post from Seth, especially for my Project Team Management students.  (Sometimes it feels like he is reading my mind)  Seven Questions For Leaders . No easy answers here!  Two common characteristics among all the great leaders I know, have met or read about, is their ability to handle ambiguity and their powerful critical thinking.

There are no easy answers to Seth’s seven questions or any of the other questions leaders and managers face. Successful leaders and managers have a strong ethical foundation, a clear, well-defined vision and purpose, and empathy.  Their greatest tools are their brain and their heart.  They ponder the possibilities, translate thought into strategy and bring forth those possibilities through people.  Definitely not easy, but amazing it to witness and/or be a part of.
