Decision Making – Styles and Groups

There are a variety of decision-making styles and groups, some more effective than others.  Understanding our personal decision styles makes us more aware of our decision-making comfort zone.  Understanding others’ decision-making styles helps us understand their decision-making comfort zones.  Well-made decisions increase “buy-in” and reduce churn on projects.  One decision-making style does not fit all situations, nor do we always need consensus.  I have provided some links to helpful resources below:
