Change – Manage and Lead It

Change happens.  All the time.  While we cannot prevent change, we can manage and lead it.  The speed of change is rapidly accelerating.  As managers, project or otherwise, we must understand how to successfully manage and lead change.  Martin Webster, Esq.  has recently written a 3 part series on Kotter’s 8 Steps of Change.  I have attached links to that series below:
