The holidays can get away from us – huge to do lists, too many activities, competing requirements from a variety of stakeholders.  Christmas, or any holiday or special occasion, is an excellent time for us to practice our Project Management skills.  Prospect MX has a cute post, Operation: Christmas Day, which applies Project Management principles to planning a more enjoyable, less chaotic Christmas Day.

    I think this is funny! Imagine doing a diagram for enjoying Christmas Day. I guess that’s why my family never poing anywhere on December 25. We stay in our PJs all day long. If family wants to see us, we do it before or after the big day.
